Fungsi Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia - Sudah merupakan tugas utama dari seorang manajer sumber daya manusia untuk mengelola sumber daya manusia yang dimiliki secara efektif supaya bisa diperoleh suatu satuan sumber daya manusia yang tidak mengecewakan, merasa puas dan sangat memuaskan. fungsi manajemen sumber daya manusia terdiri dari Operasional dan Mamajerial 

Operasional adalah operasional dalam manejemn sumber daya manusia merupakan basic pelaksanaan proses msdm efesiensi dan efektif dalam pencapaian tujuan perusahaan.. fungsi tersebut terbagi menjadi 5 bagian , sebagai berikut:

1. pengadaan (procrutment) adalah proses penarikan, sleksi, penempatan, orientasi dan induksi untuk mendapatkan karyawan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan .
2. pengembanga (development) adalah proses peningkatan keterampulan teknis teoristik konseptual dan moral karwayan melalu pendidikan dan pelatihan
3. konpensasi (consepsation) adalah pemberian balas jasa langsung (direct) dan tidak langsung (indirect) uang atau barang kepada karyawan sebagai imbalan jasa yang diberikan kepada perusahaan.
4. pengintragasi (intergration) adalah kegiatan untuk mempersatuan kepentingan perusahaan dan kebutuhan karyawan , agar teciptanya kerjasama yang serasi dan saling menguntungkan
5. pemiliharaan (maintenance) adalah kegiatan untuk memelihara atau meningkatkan kondisi fisik, mental dan loyalitas karyawan agar mereka bekerjasama sampai pension
6. kedisiplinan adalah keinginan dan kesadaran untuk menaati peraturan - peraturan perusahaan dan norma - norma sosial
7. pemberhentian (sepration)adalah putusnya hubungan kerja seseorang dari suatu perusahaan.

MODALS

MODALS is a word that helps the verb. therefore capital is placed side by side with verbs. Modals is also called a change verb. Modals which are often used include:

       1.      Will    -->  Would (willingness)

       2.      May   -->  Might (Probability)

       3.      Can    -->  Could (Ability) 
       4.   Shall --> Should (Suggestion) 

       5.      Must  -->  Has/Have to --> Had to (Obligation) 

Example of Sentences :

- I will come visit you tomorrow.

- My parents will buy a new car if they have sold the old one.

- I would not go anywhere until you give me my money back.

- Would you come to my birthday party tonight?

- I may get up late tomorrow because I am really tired today.

- He may not come to the office today.

- You might win the dance competition if you weren’t fall on the stage.
